Wearable breast pumps: a careful guide
Wearable pumps fit inside a bra and let you move while pumping. They suit many parents, but not everyone: output and comfort vary. This page is general information, not medical advice; a lactation consultant or midwife can help you choose.

How to choose
- Get measured for flange size; the wrong size can cause pain.
- Check whether your health insurer or local health service covers a pump.
- Check hygiene: number of parts to wash each time.
- Second-hand pumps may not be hygienic unless the maker says they are multi-user.
